Blue bird continue their chirping

The conditions continue to be absolutely excellent at Mount Ruapehu at the moment with a great snow pack giving top to bottom skiing and riding on both sides of the hill. This is being complimented with a good run of fine weather. This is set to be interrupted soon so get in now and enjoy what is pretty much as good as it gets at Ruapehu.

sweet

Q; So when's the next good weather window?
Here through to Friday

The window is continuing with fine weather set to stay until late Friday and possibly into Saturday.

This weekend?

Could remain fine on Saturday

window still on

Ruapehu weather forecast Nice but warm and wet coming!

The weather will remain superb at Ruapehu for most of the rest of this week and into the weekend. Then its going to turn warm and quite wet around late Saturday and into Sunday. This warm and wet northerly system should hang around into next week and may then clear as a high try's to muscle up from the South Island. Fingers crossed for another window towards the end of next week

How's the snow?Great conditions

Great snow conditions with packed powder at Turoa and good spring stuff at the Papa! Usual hard stuff around on both sides but plenty of great grooming on top of some big snow bases

Turoa est 3.26m (Giant cafe stake)
Whakapapa est 2.09m (Knoll Ridge Cafe)
